Today I’m writing a quick review of a craft-themed children’s book, gifted to me by a representative from Bloomsbury Publishing. The book is called Crafty Llama, and it is written by Mark Kerr and illustrated by Renata Liwska. In addition to my review, this post also includes a giveaway opportunity! Bloomsbury Publishing has generously donated another copy of Crafty Llama for me to give to one lucky reader!
Today, I’m sharing a guest post from Jeris of the wonderfully nerdy blog Fandom Knitting + Crochet. Jeris is multi-talented and a fellow Potterhead, and she’s put together a fantastic guest post that’s all about yarns for fandoms!
I’ve finally designed a collection of Disney princess to go with it, and they turned out amazing. I designed these Disney Prince graphs as a guest post on the Fandom Knitting + Crochet blog, and it was so much fun!
I’ve broken down the entire graphghan-making process into five small steps. By following these steps in order, you’ll be able to easily work your way through the process of designing and actually crocheting your own graphghan. And the best part? These five steps work for any crocheted graph project!
In case you didn’t know, “totes magotes” is slang for “awesome”, “sweet”, or “right on”. It’s also one of my favorite phrases at the moment.
I’ve never been more proud of anything than I am of this Graphghan Boot Camp ecourse. In fact, I love this course so much that I’m giving away TWO free spots in the class!
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the CGOA 2018 conference, but I must say that the true gem of this trip was just simply wandering around the beautiful Rose City itself.
Something fun is on the horizon…it’s the Marine Life CAL!
This summer cardigan will be a free pattern right here on the blog. It’s one-size-fits-many, but I’ll include instructions on how to size it to fit anybody you wish!
Sometimes you just need a comfy, cuddy pillow to curl up with after a long day (week, month, year–whatever). Bonus points if it’s something cute to have in your home, right?
Well friends, I’ve got just the thing: it’s my latest finished project, the Hedgehog Pillow!
I was so excited when I learned that Jodi Whittaker had been cast as the 13th Doctor, and I knew I had to design a graph specifically for her Doctor (including that crazy awesome outfit)!Â
I’ve been putting it off for a while, but I’m so happy to say that she’s finally here and officially a part of the new and improved Doctor Collection for the Whovian Graphghan.
In the third and final segment of the Amigurumi Basics series, I’m sharing my top 5 tips for making amigurumi dolls and critters.
Ready? Grab your favorite refreshing drink and let’s do this!
BIG NEWS, my friends…
The Amigurumi Crash Course is BACK!
In this post, I’m going to show you how I made my tassels. Whether you make them for the Kraken Shawl or for another project, this tutorial will show you how it’s done and hopefully give you some ideas for making your own!
