“But all my shoes have mysteriously disappeared. I suspect the Nargles are behind it. “
-Luna Lovegood
Luna Lovegood is everyone’s favorite odd-ball witch! She’s clever, loyal, and has a good heart. We all love her fierce originality, so we gave her a square in our CAL! Here she is sporting Ravenclaw colors! (I particularly love her ponytail, don’t you?)
You can download the PDF for the alternate Luna Loevgood square here!
The PDF contains graphs (with arrows!) and written instructions for the square. The square is designed to be worked from the lower right-hand corner up to the upper left-hand corner.
I will be posting the graphs for our other alternate squares over the next few weeks. There are some great things to come, so stay tuned for more updates!
Hello.
I just found your website this week. I am so glad, but that’s another story.
All these afghans that are done in C2C, would it be possible to just do them in regular single crochet?
Thanks.
Sincerely,
Jan Moore
Hi Jan,
You can definitely make them in regular sc! I just personally like the look of c2c. Thanks for asking!
I’m so excited to do c2c! Never been good at changing colour in normal crochet and have seen your tutorial on colour changing in the corner in the barbie blanket (pink and dark pink) on YouTube. How do you change colour of Yarn in middle of a c2c?
Hi Laura–I think you may have me confused with another crocheter as I have not made a Barbie blanket. However, you can view this video tutorial for help doing color changes in C2C: https://youtu.be/4gZJOjpEMuc
Hope that helps! <3 <3
